Hi, I’m Rodolfo Bonates, founder of IPL Consulting, which stands for Impact, Purpose, and Leadership. These aren’t just words to me, they’re the reason I do what I do.
I was born in Brazil, raised in the U.S., and like many first-generation entrepreneurs, I had to figure things out the hard way. With no guide, no safety net, just grit and a calling to make things better.
Over the years, I’ve led teams, built businesses, and sat across from leaders who felt stuck, stretched thin, and unsure how to move forward. I’ve seen firsthand that success doesn’t come from doing more , it comes from doing what matters most, with clarity, aligned people, and a strong culture.
